title art FAQ

Q. Why should I add air duct cleaning and energy efficiency services to my current business?

A. Most contractors who add these services to their offering have done so to prevent their customers from going to the competition. They were tired of declining the work and often referring it to their competitors. Of course the extra profitable annual revenue is very desirable. With consumers growing more aware about the environment and energy efficiency, there’s a growing demand for these solutions. By adding these services to your offering, you’re meeting that demand and making more money with just one visit to your customer.

Q. Why should I consider starting a service business with rotobrush?

A. Two of the biggest obstacles preventing entrepreneurs from starting their own businesses are expense and knowledge. But, Rotobrush offers the right solution to help you over come these circumstances. Your initial package investment is only around $10,000 and you can receive world-class support while maintaining your independence. So you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Hands-on training, marketing tools, business coaching, 24/7 technical support and financing are just a few of the benefits that you can count on when working with Rotobrush.

Q. What’s the cost of consumables?

A. It costs an average of $5 to $7 per job for the three consumable items on the air duct cleaning system, which include brushes, filter bags and chemicals.

Q. How can I pay for the package?

A. If you want to pay by credit card, cash or check that’s great – our customers do it every day. But many customers want the package to pay for itself. They do this by using one of our finance partners. Typically, one job per month pays for the package.

Q. How technical are the services?

A. We provide all the training you need in the classroom, hands-on and supplemented by video. The processes are not highly technical and in many cases, can be performed by one person. For example, for air duct cleaning simply feed the hose into the supply side air ducts through the register openings. While inside the ductwork, the system removes dirt and debris by simultaneously brushing and vacuuming. Once you’ve cleaned the supply side, you then clean the return side the same way. In addition to certified training, we offer 24/7 technical support plus online tips, tech videos and more at our member Web site.

Q. What type of revenue can I expect?

A. The Profit Calculator can help give you an idea of how quickly you can pay for your new Rotobrush package. We have customers that pay for the package as soon as the first 1 to 3 months. Contact us and let us show you how to meet your goals.

Q. Why add energy efficiency services, including dryer vent cleaning?

A. With consumers growing more aware about the environment and energy efficiency, there’s a growing demand for dryer vent cleaning and other energy efficiency solutions. By adding these services to your air duct cleaning offering, you’re meeting that demand and making more money with just one visit to your customer.

Q. How do I need to staff?

A. The great thing about this opportunity is that you can start with limited staffing such as one person, and grow quickly. The Rotobrush aiR system and the HDVac™ dryer vent cleaning system each can be operated by one technician making them efficient on the job and on your staffing needs.

Q. Why should I use your advice and coaching services? What’s the value of marketing tools and advice?

A. Rotobrush has more than 20 years of experience and can offer upfront advice to help you build your indoor air quality and energy efficiency solutions business. Plus we have the tools to help get your business off the ground and help it succeed well into the future.
